Confindustria Medical Devices
The Industry Session is a dedicated session for professionals from companies in the Aesthetic Medicine sector, moderated by the Agorà Legal Office. It represented an opportunity for medical device manufacturers to connect directly with key industry players and stay updated on the latest regulatory developments.

The following institutions participated: Office 6 of the Ministry of Health, with a presentation on clinical investigations, from validation to authorization; Office 3 of the Ministry of Health, with a focus on CE certification of products intended for aesthetic purposes as medical devices under EU Regulation 2017/745; and Confindustria Medical Devices, which explained and commented on the implications and opportunities arising from the new regulations.
At the Agorà 2024 Congress, the INTRODUCTION TO AESTHETIC MEDICINE FOR PHARMACISTS: FOUNDATIONS, APPROACHES, AND INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLABORATION was presented, aimed at launching a new free online course (FAD - Distance Learning) for pharmacists. The course will cover the fundamentals of aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, galenic preparations, and the importance of collaboration between pharmacists and doctors.

The other two sessions reserved for pharmacists, "COMPREHENSIVE APPROACHES TO COSMETOLOGY: AESTHETIC TREATMENTS, INNOVATIONS, AND SPECIFIC SKIN NEEDS" and "INTEGRATED DERMOCOSMETIC THERAPY WITH AESTHETIC MEDICAL TREATMENT", explored skin issues and the integration between dermocosmetics and aesthetic treatments, respectively
